The Role – Senior Development Geologist
The Senior Development Geologist plays a key role in geological, evaluation and support for producing assets, and matures development opportunities. Acts as a link between the other Subsurface disciplines and has direct input to forward business decisions.
What we are looking for in potential candidates:
- Degree qualified or equivalent, preferably to MSc or higher level
- Substantial oil industry experience, preferably within operating companies
- Strong technical background in Development Geoscience
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry standard software packages (incl. Petrel, TNAV etc)
- A clear understanding of other subsurface disciplines

The interview structure will be a mix of questions relating to technical experience and skills related to the role and questions relating to the values of Serica. Second stage interviews may be necessary as an additional candidate assessment for staff roles.
