The Role
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is an ever-growing field in the oil and gas industry and Serica have fully embraced this. During your placement at Serica, you will be involved in a variety of interesting projects, looking at Scope 3 emissions, stakeholder engagement, ESG Scoring, implementing ESG initiatives and assessing sustainable technologies for their potential use by Serica. At the end of your placement, we would like you to produce a presentation to present to your team summarising what you have learned, the tasks you have completed, and what can be continued from the work you have done.
Essential Qualifications
Working towards a qualification in science, environmental or engineering related subjects or relevant experience

Recruitment Process

Following a review of CVs after the application closing date, we will contact individuals an invite them to an interview. This is likely to be a video call through Microsoft Teams. The interview structure will be a mix of questions relating to technical experience and skills related to the role and behavioural questions. Second stage interviews may be necessary as an additional candidate assessment.
