The Role

Join Serica as a Senior Projects Planner, where you’ll play a key role in enabling safe, well‑sequenced and efficient delivery of projects across our asset portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Projects / Project Planning Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining high‑quality, detailed project schedules that provide clarity, insight and confidence to project delivery teams.

Communication is central to this role. You’ll work closely with project engineers, operations, subsea, wells, construction and contractors to ensure schedules are robust, clearly understood and accurately reflect scope, logic, constraints and execution strategy. Your ability to translate complex project activity into clear planning insight will support effective decision‑making.

Through Learning, you’ll contribute to continual improvement in planning standards, tools and ways of working. You’ll share best practice, support assurance reviews and apply lessons learned to strengthen planning quality and consistency across the portfolio.

We believe in Empowerment and Accountability. You’ll be trusted to build credible schedules, interrogate logic and progress, highlight risks and opportunities, and take ownership for the quality and integrity of planning data that underpins reporting, KPIs and portfolio reviews.

Above all, you’ll work with Respect — collaborating positively across disciplines, valuing different perspectives and supporting a team environment focused on safe, coordinated and successful project delivery.

This role offers the opportunity to make a visible contribution to how Serica plans, governs and delivers complex offshore and onshore project activity.
