The Role
A key role within our discipline‑focused maintenance team, responsible for delivering complex asset maintenance across Static/Mechanical, Rotating, or Electrical & Instrument equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning of high complexity, low frequency preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Support offshore teams with non-routine and intrusive breakdown maintenance.
- Provide execution support to ensure safe, efficient maintenance delivery.
- Manage maintenance vendors and quality assurance.
- Undertake periodic offshore visits.
- Champion Serica’s culture and core values across all activities.
- Support Safety & Asset Integrity through effective MoC participation and maintaining Process Safety barriers.
- Define activity requirements with engineering, maintain maintenance/inspection schedules, and ensure compliance with Integrated Field Planning gate criteria.
- Execute and oversee maintenance work scopes, ensuring vendor performance meets expectations and offshore delivery is successful.
- Build strong relationships with key vendors, support cost control, and identify gaps in critical spares.
- What we are looking for in potential candidates:
- At least 7 years’ hands‑on maintenance experience in a technician, supervisory or technical role.
- HNC in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent technical qualifications/experience).
- Strong skills in maintenance management systems and work management processes.
- Confidence in budgeting, cost control and understanding contractual requirements.
