The Roles
These newly created roles will be strategic partners and trusted advisors to business leaders, supporting the delivery of people strategies, aligned with operational and corporate goals.
Delivering proactive people related solutions with a customer focused mindset, you will support onshore and offshore operations across our North Sea assets and for our London and Aberdeen offices.
Activities will range across the full lifecycle of people strategies, including organisational design, employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and reward and recognition.
What we are looking for in potential candidates:
- A track record in providing professional people solutions in a busy, regulated environment.
- Experience working at business partner level within an HR team.
- Degree and/or MCIPD or equivalent.
- Oil and gas industry experience, and ideally exposure to a PLC environment, are both advantageous.
- Strategic thinking and a good level of business acumen.
- An ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a practical, solutions focused way.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Collaborative and team oriented, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Possess a growth mindset and be adaptable and open to new challenges and opportunities.
- Excitement about joining a growing operating company where the roadmap is constantly evolving.
