The Role
Manage the day-to-day delivery and execution of the annual risk-based audit and assurance plans and activities for operations.
Provide assurance leadership team with independent reporting of health for operations assurance and compliance undertaken by Serica and recommend actions for improvements.
Act as focal point for communication with Serica’s outsourced Technical Authorities and provide support in setting programme of activities.
What we are looking for in potential candidates
- A background in operations, gained onshore or offshore, in an engineering or HSE discipline.
- Strong data analysis and AI skills, being able to evidence their competence and understanding through direct examples.
- Enthusiasm for working with datasets; modifying the way data is recorded to provide useful outputs.
- Ability to thrive in a role that demands methodical working, long-term planning and precise execution.
- Conversant in audit, assurance and monitoring activities.
- Demonstrate sophisticated listening, questioning and written communication skills, being able to distil information into key salient points for reporting purposes.
- Are adept at building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The interview structure will be a mix of questions relating to technical experience and skills related to the role and questions relating to the values of Serica.
