On 28 September 2026, Serica Energy (the “Company”) confirmed its proposed move to the ESCC segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (“Admission”), with Admission expected to occur at 8.00am on Tuesday, 27 October 2026, at which time the trading of the Company’s shares on AIM is expected to be cancelled.
