The Role – Electrical & Projects Engineer

The Electrical & Projects Engineer for the Bruce, Keith & Rhum (BKR) assets responsible for the following:

  • SECE owner for assigned Performance Standards
  • Providing technical support for BKR to assure plant availability, reliability and integrity.
  • Providing guidance to the operations & maintenance teams on electrical issues.
  • Pro-actively interact with other disciplines, teams and contractors to ensure quality and consistent application of engineering processes and workflows
  • Electrical Engineering focal point for assigned Engineering Modifications & Projects

Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • Degree qualified in relevant Engineering discipline
  • Strong technical background with extensive experience in the operation, maintenance and fault finding of electrical plant.
  • Must be capable of understanding the power network operation in detail to enable informed decisions.
  • Project experience in electrical discipline supporting role
  • Experience of Offshore or On-Site working environments
  • Demonstrable track record in previous similar role.
