The Group has been active in Indonesia since 2002 and has secured controlling positions in all of its properties. Serica’s activities in Indonesia are managed from its Jakarta office.

The following table summarises Serica’s Indonesian assets.

Notes:

Serica’s original interest in the Biliton PSC was 90%. Serica has entered into an agreement to farm-out a 45% interest in the Biliton PSC and Serica will retain an interest of 45%, subject to the approval of these arrangements by the Indonesian authorities.
